Why am I here?
After the age of 50 shopping isn't just about "stuff". It is about finding the little sparks of joy that can make everyday life easier and add some fun. I have bought a few things in my life that I love and some I regret. And in the middle of all that, I have found some stories worth sharing, to make us laugh, learn and feel a little less crazy!
The family
I am a 50+ (almost 60) 80's loving lady living in Iowa. I have a budding graphic designer daughter and a college hockey player son. I am active and a fan of all sports, art, shopping, and a fountain Diet Mountain Dew!
Friends always tell me I have a knack for discovering cool new products and giving the best gift advice so I thought I would start sharing some of my finds.
